Have you ever heard a rustle late, late at night? Have you ever felt hidden eyes on you as you walk alone? Have you ever stared into the darkness only to feel something staring back? Chances are you narrowly avoided meeting the bears of the Forgotten Forest. Glimpsed throughout the ages and possibly the inspiration for the toys known as “teddy bears” these denizens of the Forgotten Forest are experts in the arts of hiding, creeping, pouncing and of course creating mischief. Well known for their ability to tie one’s shoelaces together without being seen and silently tapping travelers at night on the shoulder and promptly disappearing. It is often possible to hear the muffled giggles of one or more bears after such events. They are also known to take great delight in making strange noises in the dead of night, from wild hooting to a soft warbling reminiscent of an ill cat, these furry little balls of naughtiness live to cause trouble. Extreme caution should be taken when inviting a bear of the Forgotten Forest to share your home because while they do make loyal, loving and life-long friends, your world may never be the same again.
