We're excited to announce our partnership with the Perez family of Hacienda Guindaleza, who have persevered through numerous challenges to produce a remarkable coffee that pays tribute to the micro-region's terroir. Situated at almost 3,600ft above sea level in Juana Diaz, the farm borders the Toro Negro state forest and Cerro Maravilla, one of Puerto Rico's highest peaks. The coffee has a unique flavor profile that showcases notes of green apple, apricot, and lemongrass, which are more commonly found in high-elevation coffee farms in Africa and Yemen.
